La Mai Thai Kitchen - Authentic Thai Cuisine in Edgewater, CO

The food here was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the Kao Pao Spicy Basil (Spicy). The meal was filling, packed with flavor and absolutely delicious. Food came out quick and the server was nice and attentive.

My 'go-to' for delicious Thai. They have the best tom kha soup!! But everything I've tried on the menu has been soooo good! The staff is always welcoming & I love that they're open until 9:00 pm. I've dropped in on my way home from volunteering on Tuesdays, sat at the bar by myself for dinner & a hot sake. It's that friendly & comfortable. I whole heartedly recommend La mai Thai for lunch w friends or date-nite dinner.

Our waiter was excellent, gave great recommendations and did not disappoint the chef was in his bag.... dude put some love in the craft.

I've been meaning to try this new(er) spot for awhile now. I had the Pumpkin Curry and sat at the bar as a solo diner while on a lunch break. My server was very friendly and had great timing. The food was delicious and came out shockingly fast. It is on the expensive side for Thai but it was worth it. I'll be back!

Found this gem on Sloan's Lake. Made for an amazing dinner with a close friend. The house pad thai was phenomenal, I wish I had ordered double so I could have had left overs. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the atmosphere was modern but still cozy. Worth eating in for the enjoyable experience. I'm rarely in this area any more but I will absolutely be returning as soon as I come up with an excuse to get there. Highly recommend.

I'd had a couple friends recommend this place to me, and i finally had a chance to check it out this week. One word: delicious! The crab wontons were quite possibly the best we've ever had, and the boat noodles (which I ordered out of intrigue for the phrase "strong herbal flavour" in the description) very much lived up to the hype. Our server (Dan) told us that it's a very popular dish among their Thai customers, and i can certainly see why. Excellent flavour in the broth, and a nice spice level at Medium. The Thai tea was very tasty too! Speaking of our server, Dan brought a great energy to every interaction we had and was super helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. Highly recommend this place!

Absolutely incredible experience! This small spot is a true hidden gem. The atmosphere is warm and cozy—perfect for a relaxed dinner. We were immediately greeted by friendly staff who made us feel right at home. The food—utterly amazing! The flavors are authentic and clearly made with care. The chicken cashew nut stirfry was a standout; it was perfectly seasoned, tender, and incredibly flavorful. I requested my dish be made at a median hot spicy level and it was perfect! You can taste the quality in every bite. It’s clear this team here cares about their food. This is the kind of place you want to keep to yourself, but absolutely have to share. Can't wait to go back!"
